About Me

You’ve probably tried to get help before. Maybe the system felt confusing, or cold, or like it wasn’t built for someone like you. That gap between needing support and actually getting it. I know it well, and I take it seriously.

My career has taken me from community programs to large hospital systems, training clinicians, developing programs, and advocating for people who got lost in the cracks. That background doesn’t just live on my resume, it shapes how I show up in every session. I understand that trauma doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens inside systems, relationships, and circumstances that aren’t always fair. I don’t lose sight of that.

I’m direct. I’m not going to tell you what you want to hear if it isn’t true. But I’m in your corner, and I’ll work hard to help you build something that actually lasts.

Therapeutic Approach

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and built around what you actually need, not a template.

I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a specialized approach for processing painful memories and experiences that haven’t fully resolved. If you’ve tried talk therapy before and felt like you were going in circles, EMDR can reach what words sometimes can’t.

I also integrate crisis intervention strategies and CBT to give you both immediate tools and longer-term resilience. My goal is always the same: help you move from surviving to steady.
