I believe that the second half of life brings with it a unique set of challenges and opportunities for profound growth. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to working with adults aged 40 and older, helping them navigate the complexities of mid-life and the golden years. My early experience in hospice and grief work inspired a deep passion for geriatric care and a commitment to helping people find dignity and purpose during times of significant transition.

Whether you are navigating the “sandwich generation” pressures of parenthood and aging parents, dealing with the pain of infertility, or adjusting to relocation or illness, I am here to walk alongside you. I have a heart for my geriatric clients and a deep respect for the wisdom that comes with age. Together, we will explore the power of vulnerability and work toward a sense of balance and “graceful aging” that honors your history and your future.

My approach is specialized for the 40+ population, focusing on the psychological and developmental stages of mid-to-late adulthood. As an LISW-S, I provide seasoned, meaning-focused therapy that addresses the “big questions” often faced in these chapters of life. I utilize a Strengths-Based lens and Human Development theory to help clients find resilience in the face of illness, loss, or shifting family roles. My goal is to help you find clarity and purpose, ensuring that this stage of life is met with support and insight.

I exclusively see adults aged 40 and up, providing expert-level care in:
