You’re holding it together. Work is fine. Relationships are fine. From the outside, everything looks like it’s working, but somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling fine, and you can’t quite explain why.

That’s exactly the kind of thing I work with.

I came to therapy from a career in pharmacy, which means I think differently than most counselors. I’m systematic. I like to understand the full picture. That means looking beyond what’s happening in your head to how your patterns, habits, and history connect to where you’re stuck right now. My focus is always on what’s real, practical, and actually useful to you.

I work with adults who are used to being capable, people who solve problems for a living and are frustrated that they can’t just fix this. If you’re a professional who’s been white-knuckling it through stress, anxiety, burnout, or a life that looks good on paper but feels hollow underneath, you’re in the right place.

My approach is pretty straightforward: I take you seriously, I won’t judge you, and I focus on what’s actually useful.

I believe everyone, no matter how messy the situation, deserves real support and respect. That’s not just a philosophy for me, it’s how every session runs. You can say the thing you haven’t said out loud yet. We’ll work with it.

If the idea of starting therapy makes you nervous, that makes complete sense. In our first session, I’ll do a lot of listening and a lot of asking. I want to understand your whole story before we start building anything.

From there, we build. I’ll introduce tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness,  and we’ll actually practice them together in session, so you’re not going home with a concept. You’re going home with something you can use.

If you’ve been telling yourself you’re fine for a while now, maybe it’s time to talk to someone who’ll take that seriously.

I specialize in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. My therapeutic style is empathetic, collaborative, and realistic. Because I believe wellness is about moderation and balance , I use an integrative approach to help you reach your goals, drawing from:
