Jane Martinez, LISW-S

I believe that the foundation of great therapy is a solid, collaborative relationship. My goal is to be a real partner in your experience, working toward the goals that matter most to you. I have been fortunate to work with many types of individuals—from those navigating short-term hurdles to those addressing long-term, complex challenges. Whether you are dealing with something urgent or a struggle you’ve carried for years, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you realize your full potential.

I am proud to be bilingual (Spanish) and enjoy working with both adults and young people (ages 11-17). My early career involved working with individuals facing severe mental illness and complex life circumstances, including substance use and forensic backgrounds. Those experiences taught me the power of the human bond and the importance of meeting every client exactly where they are with empathy and respect.

My approach is highly specialized and integrative. I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, which allows me to offer deep, focused support for those navigating loss. I also bring advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically for complex mood disorders and psychosis. Whether we are utilizing CBT, addressing Codependency, or working through Trauma (PTSD), I cater my techniques to your specific recovery needs to ensure you feel empowered and heard.

I provide specialized care for individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, with a focus on:

• Anxiety & Stress Management: Helping you find calm in a high-pressure world.
• Depression & Mood Support: Navigating the “lows” and finding a path back to yourself.
• Life Transitions: Support for career changes, relationship shifts, and identity growth.
• Women’s Issues: Dedicated space for exploring self-esteem, boundaries, and life balance.
• Self-Esteem & Empowerment: Building confidence and a stronger sense of self.
