I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for adolescents (ages 12+) through all stages of adulthood. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and my goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment where you feel truly seen and supported, regardless of the life stage you are in. Whether you are a teen navigating the pressures of growing up, or an adult sitting with grief or major life transitions, I am here to walk with you toward insight and growth.

I have a special focus on women’s issues, including pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth, and the transition to motherhood. I am proud to offer an LGBTQ+ affirming space. I am deeply committed to ensuring that every client feels they have a secure place to explore their lived experiences without judgment. Together, we will focus on fostering the healing and meaningful growth you are looking for.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices that focus on the whole person. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage mood disorders, alongside Motivational Interviewing to spark positive change. I also have a special interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows us to explore the different “parts” of your experience to find deeper healing. By blending these methods, I help you move beyond just managing symptoms and into a more integrated sense of self.

I support adolescents (ages 12+) and adults through a range of life challenges, with a dedicated focus on:

• Perinatal & Women’s Issues: Dedicated support for the transition to motherhood, including pregnancy, birth, and postpartum mental health.
• Pregnancy Loss & Grief: A safe, specialized space to process the unique pain of miscarriage, loss, and the complex grief that follows.
• LGBTQ+ Affirming Care: Providing a secure, non-judgmental environment for identity development and navigating life as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
• Adolescent Mental Health: Helping teens (12+) manage school-related stress, social anxiety, and the transition into adulthood.
• Mood Disorders & Life Transitions: Targeted strategies for navigating depression, anxiety, and the “curveballs” that come with major life changes.

• Adults
• Adolescents
