I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to helping adults reclaim their lives from the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and the “stuck” feelings that often follow difficult life events. I believe that we are not defined by what has happened to us, but by our capacity to heal and grow. My work focuses on providing a grounded, safe, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their past without being overwhelmed by it. Whether you are navigating a recent life transition or working through long-standing emotional patterns, I am dedicated to helping you move from a state of “surviving” to truly thriving.

Traditional talk therapy is incredibly valuable, but sometimes our brains store “heavy” memories in a way that words alone can’t reach. This is why I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a research-backed, neurological approach that helps the brain “re-file” distressing memories so they no longer trigger a fight-or-flight response in your daily life.

In our sessions, we don’t just talk about the problem; we work to desensitize the emotional charge attached to it. This allows you to gain a greater sense of peace and control over your narrative. I integrate this specialized trauma work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. This “whole-person” approach ensures that while we are doing deep work on the past, you also have a toolkit of practical, “right now” strategies to manage anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and maintain your emotional balance between sessions. My goal is to help you rewire negative self-beliefs and build a resilient foundation for a future that feels lighter.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance for a wide array of life experiences, including:

• Trauma & PTSD Recovery: Utilizing EMDR to process and heal from past distressing events.
• Anxiety & Panic Disorders: Identifying triggers and building effective regulation skills.
• Adult Life Transitions: Support for career shifts, relationship changes, and identity growth.
• Burnout & Chronic Stress: Helping high-achievers find balance and emotional sustainability.
• Negative Self-Beliefs: Working to shift “I’m not good enough” narratives into empowered perspectives.
