Hi there, I’m Megan, and I am so glad to help you get started on this journey! I believe that when we focus on building upon your internal strengths and empowering positive changes, anything is possible. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and vibrant environment where you feel free to thrive, overcome challenges, and achieve your full potential.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to working with individuals from all walks of life. My background includes extensive work as an immigration and refugee social worker, as well as supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Because of these experiences, I am deeply committed to advocacy and inclusivity. I warmly welcome individuals of any race, ethnicity, or gender identity, and I am a dedicated ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach is active, collaborative, and deeply Trauma-Informed. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” method; instead, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you identify your goals and create a concrete plan of action. While I specialize in working with children, I welcome clients of all ages who are looking for a strengths-based partnership that enhances their overall well-being and sense of self.

I provide a safe and inclusive space for children, teens, and adults, with a specific focus on:

• Child & Adolescent Therapy
• Trauma-Informed Care (Including Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Recovery)
• Immigration & Refugee Advocacy
• LGBTQIA+ Affirming Support
• Strengths-Based Personal Growth
• Crisis Recovery & Resilience

• Adults
• Children
• Teens
