I believe that every person is born to be someone—themselves. Over time, however, our sense of self is molded by lived experiences, relationships, and the roles we are forced to play to fulfill the needs of others. It is often this sense of “losing ourselves” that leads to the challenges of anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. I view counseling as an essential journey of self-discovery, a process of stripping away those external molds to find the person you were truly born to be.

In our work together, I provide an empathetic and non-judgmental setting where you are the priority. I will support, encourage, and challenge you to identify and overcome the barriers standing between you and the growth you seek. By exploring your values, motivations, and needs, we can navigate the path toward healing and help you reclaim your true, authentic self.

My clinical style is deeply Integrative, drawing from over nine years of experience in private practice and a background in presenting at State and National conferences. I lean into Existential, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic approaches to help you understand the “why” behind your patterns. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Jungian concepts to foster a deeper connection to your internal world. Whether we are addressing complex trauma or the fundamental search for meaning, I adapt my tools—from CBT and DBT to Narrative Therapy—to fit your unique journey of self-discovery.

I work with adults to address complex mental health and life challenges, with a focus on:

• Self-Discovery & Authenticity
• Depression & Anxiety Management
• Trauma & PTSD Recovery
• Personality Disorders & ADHD Support
